Shipping Locations

At this time, BJR Graphix ships within Georgia and surrounding states only.
We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Georgia

  • Alabama

  • Florida

  • South Carolina

  • North Carolina

  • Tennessee

Orders requesting delivery outside of these areas will not be processed.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed after final proof approval and full payment have been received.

  • Processing times vary based on the product, quantity, and production schedule.

  • Estimated processing times will be communicated at the time of order or approval.

Please note: processing time does not include shipping time.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Shipping methods and delivery times vary depending on the destination and order size.

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • BJR Graphix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in your invoice.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our storefront location.

  • Pickup is available after final approval and full payment have been received.

  • Customers will be notified by email or phone when their order is ready for pickup.

  • Orders must be picked up during regular business hours.

  • Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your items.

Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to storage limitations.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
BJR Graphix is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
